This is a great place to try different kind of food! The inside is nicely decorated. The bún thái đồ biển remind me of tim yum . Bún măm nêm is also good.
So we started the weekend by looking up things to eat, I just so happened to search for oc (shellfish, snails etc.) and Binh Thuan came up. I thought to myself I pass by this place so many times in the plaza but didn't think they offered oc. So I looked into it more and I showed it to my wife and she looked at the reviews and saw 3 reviews and it's probably family and friends who reviewed it. I showed her the menu and she called to confirm they have the items in stock cuz many places will bait and switch. So we headed down there on a Friday night around 5 just after work. So I didn't disclosed that this menu offered by de (goat utters) if you watched best food review show on YouTube, this delicacy is extremely hard to find and even while in vietnam Sonny didn't get to taste the real thing either. We ordered a bunch of shellfish, grilled arc shells, scallops, their specialty muc 1 bang which is squid dried under one sun. This was grilled to perfection in a date sauce. Lastly we ordered the Vu de. Everything was super good and delicious. We had conversations with the owner who is the chef also and he was super friendly and funny. By far this place is legit in snails and has really good offerings for the drinking crowd although they don't offer alcoholic drinks. I'm not a drinker so it doesn't bother me but that is something they can consider. Will be back for more of their other specialties.

This place is a hidden gem! Food is tasty and the price is reasonable. I come back two days in a row to try as many of their dishes as possible and they don't disappoint!
I've Binh here a few times and I'm sure I will come again so to speak. Wonderful little Vietnamese stand that we've seen at various markets, which we think does an excellent job and has delicious products. Run by great people, tasty, somewhat affordable, and easily worthy of our 5 star rating.
